Unified file for Spectrum or C64 theme...

Added an option where the player can click on a C64 or a ZX Spectrum theme to have the game played like a C64 game, or indeed, a ZX Spectrum, styled package. 

Click on the 64 logo or the ZX logo to select your theme.

I also inserted two slower speeds for the match game commentary (will default to NORMAL), as well as tweaked the penalties and yellow cards, depending on the referee strictness...
